Pregnant mum charged with 'disorderly conduct' for letting her toddler urinate in a petrol station car park

But this is done all the time in Nigeria, lol. A pregnant mum has been charged with a 'disorderly conduct' for letting her toddler urinate in a petrol station car park. The incident took place in Augusta, Georgia, US at a gas station.

Brooke Johns noticed her toddler had begun to 'pee on himself' during the lengthy car journey to the hospital.

They stopped and let him out as it was too late to get him to a toilet in time.

Johns was then written up by the Richmond County Sheriff's Office after a deputy spotted her three-year-old son Cohen, relieving himself during the incident in March.

The case against Johns has since been dropped, but the mum had to attend court on two occasions before the state dropped the matter.

The footage begins with the deputy speaking with Johns, after he spotted Cohen urinating.

"All you had to do was take him inside,” the deputy says.

“Okay, in a bad part of town? Really? When I am on my way to the hospital,” Johns responds.

“Bad part of town? What are you talking about?” the deputy says.

The two continue to discuss the issue with Johns saying, “Nobody saw him” to the deputy.

“I did,” the deputy says.

The deputy then gets in his patrol car to look through a list of citations as Johns begins to speak to someone on her phone.

“I’m sitting here with a cop on Sandbar Ferry Road because I snatched him out the car to go pee,” Johns says to the phone. “Because he was literally peeing on himself.”

“I literally snatched him out the car because he was peeing, and he was in between the door, so it’s not like he was spinning around, showing his p-nis to everyone,” Johns said.
