National ID card renewal, replacement to costs N3,000, N5,000 - NIMC

The National Identity Management Commission, has announced the renewal of the National Identity Card will cost three thousand naira (N3,000) payable through remita. And replacement, if lost or damaged will costs five thousand naira (N5,000).

This was disclosed by its tweeter handle (@nimc_ng).

NIMC also said that applicants who wish to renew their card can visit any NIMC office with the required documents to obtain their card.
