Kourtney Kardashian lists alternatives to candies at kids birthdays

Kourtney Kardashian did not want Kim to serve regular candy like M&M's when North and Penelope had a join birthday party this summer.

And after the sisters were seen arguing about candy on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, a controversy erupted over whether Kourtney or Kim was right.

On Tuesday the 40-year-old mother to Mason, Penelope and Reign tried to better the situation by offering some healthy options like dried goji berries on her website Poosh. The entry is titled Healthy Candy Alternatives.

She also listed organic dried mulberries, dried mango, and organic chocolate-covered almonds.

'For those of you looking for healthier alternatives to a bag of delicious Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, this one’s for you,' the entry starts.

The brands she recommends include Black Forest, YumEarth and Lolleez.

And she linked to a post for Nice Cream instead of Ice Cream.

A mango Nice Cream includes 2 cups frozen organic mango (pre-cut), 1 frozen organic banana, 1/2 cup dairy-free milk and 1/2 cup coconut yogurt.
